At Sports Palace, we are dedicated to offering you the best quality shoes, rackets, and sports gear. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with labels, wrapping, and original packaging intact. Products purchased as a set must be returned in full, as partial returns cannot be accepted. Please note that in the case of a return, the customer will bear the full transportation costs, including both the original shipping charges incurred to deliver the product and the reverse logistics cost for returning the product.  Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return. In such cases, you will be notified, and the product will be held by Sports Palace for 14 days before being securely disposed of.

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price. How do I cancel my order? You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at support@sportspalace.in or by using on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped. Personalised T-Shirts cannot be cancelled once bought. If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
